What I know now.

I didn't know anything anything about iron except that it was silver. Know o know many more things. Like its atomic number which is 26. Also that it has 26 electrons/protons.
That it has 30 neutrons and i don't mean jimmy.Or that the boiling point of it is 2750 degrees Celsiuses.Or that its melting point is 1535 degrees Celsiuses.

Knowing how to use the periodic table is useful in many ways.Lets say your techer tells youto find out what Irons atomic number.You have to know its symbol.Then find it.If you don't know anything on the periodic table then your in trouble.Know if you new what family,group or period your element is in.Thats how the periodic table is useful.
